Disconect Payoner acount from etsy

good afternoon, when registering, the payoneer account was mistakenly registered as a legal entity, but I am not a legal company, I am an individual, please help me disconnect  the payoneer old account from etsy and connect the new individual payoneer with the same email. Thank you

You can't.

You can only ever connect 1 payoneer account to etsy

once you have done that, that's it, it can't be undone

Ask Payoneer if they will change the status without closing the account.  If they say they can't then you may  be stuck.

I don't know if you can close your shop and open a new one with a new Payoneer account.  I simply don;t know,

The payoneer replied that you need to close the old account for legal business and open it as an individual with the same email and bank details, then write to the Etsy support service to reconnect the payoneer with Etsy. Etsy never connects, or re-connects, a payoneer account
