One of my orders has disappeared from the dashboard, I don't know where it has gone. I can't contact support because no one replies to me - I have a different issue that is weeks old and support stopped replying without actually addressing the problem and won't reply, even when I follow up. I am not sure what to do. Has anyone else had this problem?
EDIT: It has reappeared. At my wits end with this platform...
@TheHopAndPop: Are you having this issue using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?
Have you looked in 'completed' in case the order was cancelled by Etsy?
On a Mac, on Chrome, and no, it has not been cancelled by Etsy, I thoroughly checked the tabs before posting here.
@TheHopAndPop: If you receive the order confirmation eMails from Etsy, there is a link to the order within that eMail that may help you find it.
Is it no longer in your Open Orders tab?
If not, it's likely that Etsy canceled the order due to an issue with the credit card, i.e. reported as an unauthorized charge by the card holder.
No, it has not been cancelled by Etsy, it is not under any tab or subheading. The order is a few days old and dispatching.
Follow the link in the email. You can also reach out to the buyer and see if something happened.
