Disappearing Threads on Teams

On the ART Team at: https://community.etsy.com/t5/art/bd-p/10723 @BeOrBe has had issues with disappearing posts without explanation.  They are a team leader and approved for posting.

Also, we had a "Support our Brave Ukrainian Teammates" thread disappear without warning or explanation.  Please restore.

@NanaLetha , I believe Mike is one of the team captains on it. 

@MikeKrausArt Teams have had issues since the forums were moved.  It's sad because teams like this one were great for related sellers.  Have you tried moving it completely onto social media channels?  It might be easier since Art Team has connected social media pages?   I hope this gets worked out for you.  I know how hard you work on it and it is very appreciated.

@NanaLetha Unfortunately, I am the team captain.  And there's nothing I can find about the removals...  Or any way to restore them.  Etsy provides almost no tools for moderation...

@MikeKrausArt Mike, fellow Team Captain here.  We have not had any problems with threads disappearing on our team.  Were they active threads or perhaps with no posts in them for some time?  I've never seen Etsy go into teams and remove threads however maybe they are cleaning house.  Hope you can track down someone in Admin who can help.  I'm not sure anyone in particular has responsibility for teams, at least not that I could track down in the past.

The posts from a fellow member were brand new.  They go to post something and everything is normal.  They refresh the forum page and it disappears.  No explanation or anything.

The other post about Ukrainian members was active as well.  Again, it just disappeared without explanation.

@NancyQstudio The ARTteam does have a large presence on Reddit and Facebook.  But, it remains pretty popular on Etsy Community since it's attached.  It's unfortunate that one of the things that makes Etsy wonderful receives very little support and/or resources

@MikeKrausArt Mike let me see if I can do some detective work for you.  Send me a convo with the name of the poster and the title of the thread (if you know it or at least part of it).

@thatregina with some work I know Mike and I found one of the threads.  Quick question - is there a max number of threads that can be pinned?

Hi @TheOldBarnDoor, there is no max on pinned threads on Teams or in individual Forums sections.
