Disappearing Profile Pic

Hi All!

I've had my shop opened with no problems for years.  The other day I tried to change my profile pic which didn't "take." Then, the original picture suddenly disappeared and I cannot get it to show up again on my homepage. I followed all the requirements.  Any ideas?  Thanks

I can see your profile photo in your shop.

Yup, your pic is not there.  The same with my shop when I look at it.

Your "shop profile picture" is showing (top left side of shop front page) next to shop name.

Your "seller profile picture" no longer shows (top right hand side of shop front page) ... Etsy recently changed this to only show heart icons for "follow" and "contact".

@GranniSquares, @TREEandCOW, @NanaLetha  - Must be yet another of their lunatic tests! I do not see a profile pic for anyone who has posted here so far!

More stripping away of our individuality, which I am convinced will bite them in the you-know-what. If buyers are upset about anything, they will blame Etsy, not the individual shops. You would think they could figure that out!!

And I want to see my profile pic...it is of my wonderful 4-legged friend that I lost last year...I still love seeing her pic each day.

@timelapse  It's that test (I am still in it). From the start of it, the Profile Photo (top Right in Shop Front) was removed. And was replace with those two tabs (Contact and Follow).

I'm very sorry about the loss of your beautiful dog. Beautiful photo of her.  I still miss mine very much.

@GranniSquares  Hi, If you are in that recent test, you will not see your Profile Photo in the spot we normally do (top Right in Shop Front, with your Name under the Avatar).
When you change the photo, try going thru: Shop Manager > Settings > Info & Appearance. After putting in the new photo, scroll down and hit "Save". Only then will your new photo show up.
