Digital item is showing that it needs to be shipped

Hello,

All I sell are digital download items in my shop.  There is one order that shows that it needs to be shipped.  It is showing 1 day overdue.  

I am not sure why?   The customer has downloaded the files.  Other customers have purchased the same files and their order never showed as having to be shipped.

I have tried to find someone to contact at Etsy, but cannot find anything.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?  Is this a glitch?

Is it the acorn listing? The title reads like a digital download but it’s marked as physical with a shipping date.

@PlumPurdy You can only contact etsy through the HELP pages.
Etsy isn't going to help though because you have one listing listed as a physical item.

One of the acorn listings for $5.95 that has FREE shipping is listed as a physical item:
Digital items aren't listed with "free" shipping.
"Acorn Home SVG, Autumn Decor Laser File,"

You need to change it to a digital listing or delete it since you have 2 of these acorn patterns that are the same design.

And since it's showing 1 day late in shipping since you had it set up as a physical item, you'll get dinged by Etsy for shipping late.

ETA: You have 2 "acorn" listings that look exactly alike. The only difference the one that is a download has a banner on the left with your shop name.
The other one doesn't have that banner and has "free" shipping under the image.

There's no way the buyer could have downloaded this acorn listing that shows "free" shipping because it's not a download unless they also bought the "exact" Acorn pattern that IS a digital download and this is the one they downloaded.

Ahhhhh!  Thank you SO much!   The reason I thought she had downloaded it is that she had purchased many files and that one was the only one that had not been marked as not being downloaded yet.  I know I have sold a lot of these files and this has never happened before.  I don't know how she found the one that was messed up.   

I tried the help pages and it just kept taking me around and around, no definite place to click on a contact email.  

So I contacted the purchaser to let her know that I would be emailing that file.   I had to actually go into my shipping program and purchase a label just to have a tracking number to complete this transaction.   Live and learn...  Thanks so much!
