I have a digital shop. No physical items whatsoever. All items are listed as digital and I recently had an order ring up requesting shipping and tracking. I marked the order complete with a note that the digital files were sent to the buyer. Now I have a 0% on time shipping rating for star seller? This makes no sense. I don’t send physical items so this should not apply to my store. Never seen this so some guidance would be appreciated.
Same here. I am so angry. It happened on May 23, when Etsy had technical issues. Digital order went through as physical. I chatted with Etsy and the problem was passed on to the technical team, but is still not solved.
