Digital files not uploading

The "+ Upload file" button is not working on the Create Listing page. After more than 20,000 sales, I never had a problem uploading a digital file to Etsy. I tried to report it to the Etsy "Contact us" page, but it directed me to the

Whoopsie!

Etsy just had a hiccup." page for the past several hours.

I'm having this same problem right now. The +photo button wouldn't work either, so I had to drag my photos to the photo screen through my documents on another tab. I tried to do this with the files but it wouldn't work. The worst part is that even if I try to email Etsy, the progress on my listing will not be saved and I've already filled everything else out. It doesn't let you save a draft unless at least one file is uploaded. Etsy needs some help with their website!

The upload button photos has not been working for 2 days. I have tried refreshing, closing the window and opening a new one, signing out, even switching between two browsers. Etsy, please, we need patchwork. This really interferes with efficiency and productivity. Additionally, revenue possibilities go down. So disappointed. It's even more frustrating because you fill out all info and then the listing is lost because no file is uploaded. Please help!
