Digital file advertised as "available in other languages" in etsy higthlights

I just receive a message from a customer that had purchased one of my digital files requesting I send the file in French as advertised. When I asked where in my listing it was mentioned that this file was available in other languages, she indeed sent me a screenshot of the highlight of the listing mentioning this was available in other languages. I've never set any option like this one so not sure where that comes from. I also tested it myself by changing etsy language on my profile and I was able to confirm that this is what it shows. I decided to issue a refund to avoid any negative review but this is wrong. Why is etsy advertising downloadable file as available in other languages? Did any of you have this issue and do you know how to fix it? This could be a recipe for bad reviews. 

Update: After reading again and again what is written in the highlight I think the wording is wrong and can be interpreted in 2 different ways. What the text is trying to say is "this file might be in another language (than your own)" but can also be read as "this file might be (requested) in another language". Woudl be great if that was change to something very clear for the costumer.

Your listings are automatically translated to the language of the user or visitor on Etsy.

For example if I view your listing on Etsy, it shows in English and does not show anything regarding language under the Items Highlights section.

If I change my Etsy page language to Spanish, there is now an addition to the "items highlights"

To me that says, that the download text may not be in Spanish, others may read this differently. Or it may be lost in translation for other languages.

Generally when doing digital downloads which include text, you will need to highlight the language in both the title, description and even add an image for those who do not read both before purchasing. I would stick "English Only" in every section

Alternatively, you can add a personalisation box which has to be answered with YES or NO before purchasing.

For example Question: I am aware that this download is in English Only
