Digital Print shipping concerns

Hi there,

I uploaded my first two digital prints with no issues. Then one the third on it is requiring I input my shipping information and has no where for me to upload the file. Can anyone give me some insight?

You must have marked as physical instead of digital.

@SalemRaineDesigns yes that's the category, but under that it says Type : Physical or Digital.

Hi there, 

Once I choose digital it takes me to my listing and wants me to add my shipping.  It's very strange.

Are you using the website or the app? As far as I know you cannot create a digital listing using the app.

There should be no shipping question for a digital listing. Perhaps start again from the top of the listing page and read each question carefully.

Make sure you use all 13 tags with 2-3 word phrases that describe the product, style, design, colours etc.

If it is a digital file, there wouldn't be any shipping required. They would just download the file. Did you set it up as a digital file? If so, it shouldn't be asking about shipping.
