I placed an order for digital items last night and purchase is not showing in my purchases. I never received an email regarding the purchase. Payment has cleared my paypal account. How can I rectify this? I emailed the shop owner but have received no response.
When you pay with your PayPal, you get prompted to return to Etsy to finalize the sale. Easy to miss that last step. If it's not showing in your Purchases tab, the sale didn't go through.
The sale went through. Ad I stated the money came out of my account.
I've heard from a few customers over the years about purchases not being in their accounts, not sure if this is a known glitch. Regarding the missing email, any chance it landed in your Spam/Promotions folder?
Where you logged in when you made the purchase?
Unfortunately, this has been happening quite a bit in my shop with those paying with PayPal. I did let Etsy know, however, so far the issue has not been fixed. Please contact Etsy directly so that this issue will get expedited.
