Digital Files - No Tracking

I have marked two completed orders as No Tracking - Reason: Digital Files and now it shows my Star Seller Status for Shipping has lowered due to two orders with no tracking. Yes they have no tracking because they were marked as Digital Files. Please correct.

@DezignerheartDesigns: Did Etsy Support or the Help Pages send you here? This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Are you listings set up a physical items or digital? If you have not yet done so, you might want to read the Digital and Custom Orders section on https://www.etsy.com/starseller

Unfortunately, Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data.

The Help Pages sent me here. I clicked the link it provided. Not sure how to actually contact Etsy. The link you provided is where I was given information to come here.

You have to contact Etsy through the help pages. 
There should be a link "Contact us" on it.
You can also contact Etsy through your shop manager page > community/help > contact us.

@DezignerheartDesigns: The question still is "Are you listings set up a physical items or digital?" If they are set up as physical then they require tracking to count positively for Star Seller and Etsy will not make an adjustment, if they are set up as digital they will not be considered.

I came here through the Contact Etsy which sent me to Help which sent me here.

Anyways I found my answer. For Star Seller - if an order is a Custom Digital File order and you complete it as No Tracking for Reason: Digital File - that it how you are suppose to do it which is exactly what I did. However for Star Seller Stats/Scores - all orders must be completed showing Tracking regardless that an order may not actually have tracking. So in my case - two custom digital file orders lowered my score.

You cannot have digital files on the physcial format.  It has to be the digital format or the made to order digital format.  Otherwise you are going to continue to have problems with the tracking required for physical objects.  Etsy has changed the way digitals are now supplied to the buyer. 

Etsy is clear on this in the star seller program.

You may be able to make a file describing your process and how the digital file is going to be delivered. Then list your item as a digital file. (And explain in the description what is going to happen. Upload the file you made as the digital download. Just make sure that the customer KNOWS their digital file will come via email.

Yes I am well aware on how to sell digital images and send them through email. My issue was not needing information on how to run my shop - it was about NO Tracking for emailed digital images and the effect it had on my Star Seller Status,

Interesting - My Star Seller is back to 100%.
