Digital Downloads

I have a lot of customers complain that when they purchase on the app they can't download their pdf's on the browser or the app. I feel that Etsy allowing customers to download from the app would be a lot less stress on sellers. Not to mention most people want their downloads on their phones/tablets in 2023.... My customers can't download from their emails, app, or browsers leaving me to have to email them causing more strain on my busy schedule.

Just send them the instructions. I only use my desktop for downloading

yes but technically that is against Etsy policy and can bite you in the but because this is a way people are scamming sellers... they get it emailed and the. complainto get etsy to refund if they can.

I send this convo to all customers who are having trouble with downloads, you are welcome to copy as needed for yourself.  Very rarely does someone still need help beyond this.

I do that but some still say they can't even download from the site.
