I know Etsy's gone wild today so I not sure if this is a technical issue is related to what's going on. I set up a custom listing for a digital download for a customer, same as I always do. However now that they've purchased it, it's showing up in my Incomplete Orders as if it needs to be shipped. It's showing 'no estimate' on the ship date. I'm hesitant to mark it as complete as I know this will probably ding me on my star seller rating. I sell physical prints as well but not enough to want to take that risk as it would hurt my percentage pretty badly. The listing was set to digital (I double checked), so I have no idea why it didn't go straight to the 'Completed' folder as they always do. Is anyone else experiencing this? Debating on reaching out to support. Thanks!
Did you make it "digital" and not "physical"?
Yes, I did have it set to digital. I ended up cancelling the order and posting the listing again (exact same listing) and it worked fine. Must have been a glitch.
