Difficulties updating the ''about'' section

Hi, 

 I have difficulties to update the ''about'' section of my section. A few months ago, I wrote a first version, when the name of my shop was Eden Creation Minimalistes. 

Since then, I updated the ''about'' section and it worked. The only problem is that when go on my shop page, sometimes the old version of the ''about'' version appears, sometimes it's the new version. I noticed that when I go on the English version of Etsy, that's when I see the old version. I tried editing the ''about''section'' in various contexts : 

-with english/french settings on my computer

-With english/french settings on Etsy

-From Google Chrome/Edge browsers

-From a computer/Ipad

Whatever I do, I can't get rid of the old version of the ''about'' section for good. I dont wan't customers seeing the old version of this section and of course, I can't control wether or not they will use Esty in English. 

Could you please help me! I can show you a video of the problem if you need it.

Try clearing your browser cache. It may still be holding the old version. When I visit your shop it is the new version. Also, it is really important to have policies. You have no shop policies listed and that can have an effect on the number of sales you see. It really is worth the time and doesn't take that long to do.

@GroundZeroCreations  they sell instant digital downloads, they automatically have no returns/refunds on them.

@CappuccinoLace  They still need privacy policies. Consumers are more and more aware of the importance of shopping with sellers that protect their information. I have a couple of digital items in my shop and when I get a sale, I receive information about the purchase. Which means I should have a privacy policy in place. JMO
