Different photos on invoice and reviews

I am having and issue with the listing photos.  I believe it all started when I used Vela (which Etsy promotes) to update my listing photos.  So in my store the listing photos are correct, but when I go and print invoices and look through my reviews the listing image is changed to a different photo, within my listing.  I have contact Vela they think it is not on their end and I have tried to manually go and correct the photos by repositioning them and it still is not correcting.  Any ideas or help on how to fix this?

If you have a variation that takes you to a different photo than your first one in the listing this will occur. My father was getting confused when checking my work since they were different photos that he'd normally see on orders. So, I had to stop having variations link to photos. The variation linked photo is what prints and ends up in the review.

How is this not fixed!?!?!

Thank you for that, I guess I will take off that aspect of the listing.
