Different Star Rating

I am a top rated star seller and also was before.
I don't have any negative reviews (or any below 5 stars) in the last few months.
So.. why is it showing 4.5/5 stars in the store and not a full star rated (5/5) as in the past months?

What am I not considering? Is this an error or something else?

Star seller and the star rating next to your shop name are 2 totally different things.

Star seller is based on the past 3 months. 

The star rating is based on the past 12 months. It's an average. You don't have a ton of reviews, and there is a 2-star in May that is contributing to your being 4.5 and not 5.
