Diferent numbers in Etsy Ads performance and Stats

Hello I need help please) In the Etsy Ads performance section I see 25 clicks but in Stats its only 16 visits from Etsy Ads? But the payment was withdrawn for 25 so what the reason?

@PaperlessUniverse: Visits and clicks is NOT the same thing - one visitor could have clicked on an ad multiple times.

Does Etsy charge money every time a potential buyer clicks on the same product or when they come to my store from add and click on my other products that are also advertised(I mean inside my store)??

(because in my opinion the likelihood that the the same person will see several of my products and click them all is not that big, I also try to use different keywords + different relevant keywords )

Potential buyer or buyers can click on more than one item besides the one drawing the buyer into the shop.
