Did I lose Star Seller because I had no messages in December?

Is that really possible, to not get star seller because you had no messages for the month?  I messaged one buyer and she replied, the previous message was from November 27.  Nothing in spam or trash, how long do messages stay in those folders?  I think I did get a spam message on this account and just marked as spam right away.

It's over a 3 month period,

and if you have no messages in the 3 month period, you can still get star seller with the other two badges

If you go to star seller stats, click "Last review period" you can download the CSV, and see what messages etsy thinks you had and didn't reply to, or mark as spam

Oh you are right, I do still have star seller, I was confused because of the message one being gone.  Thank you!
