Deposit not deposited

i have gotten two emails saying that my deposit is coming my way yet it’s been almost a week seen i got my first email and not money has been sent in my bank at all. usually it is a next day process or if on the Friday or weekend it’s on the Monday. my account isn’t on reserve as i haven’t got an email or anything but it’s extremely frustrating as i need it for my business supplies asap. can someone help me please?
