Deposit is not reflecting

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for your understanding and support during this challenging period. I am trying to contact a human, this is my livelihood and its so sad. NEED A HUMAN

As an independent business owner and a member of the Etsy community, I strive to maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism. However, I find myself facing unique health challenges at this time. I am currently eight months pregnant and experiencing severe nausea, heartburn, and brain fog.

Despite these obstacles, I am diligently managing to fulfill my orders on time. However, I must acknowledge the immense effort and dedication required to maintain the functionality of my shop while coping with these physical discomforts.

Your understanding of my situation and the appeal for empathy means a great deal to me. As a self-employed individual, ensuring the smooth operation of my shop is not only essential for my livelihood but also a source of pride and fulfillment.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Etsy community and for the support it provides to small business owners like myself. Your continued assistance in ensuring the smooth functioning of my shop during this challenging time is deeply appreciated.

First the only way to contact Etsy directly is through Chat or Contact us.  Etsy does not come to the forums often and the moderators don't answer questions.

I am sorry you are having a rough time but so are many of us for many different reasons just as valid as your might be.  It is difficult for any large business to deal with individuals.  Your option may be if things are getting too difficult to go on vacation and sort things out.  Did Etsy put your shop on break or did you?  That may mean to them the orders are not getting out as quickly with tracking as they prefer. 

Since you didn't pose a specific question cannot offer anything that may  help to ease your stress as a fellow seller.
