Denied star seller status

I've have 100% scores for the last two months and I'm still not getting star seller status. What is going on?

Your Ceramics are gorgeous! Did you make the required 5 Sales / $300.00 minimum? I always forget about that part. If you didn't make it within the 3 month timeframe, you don't get any of the Badges, including the SS Badge.

Sorry, scrap what I just said. You have other Badges (for some reason I thought you didn't). So the Sales No. / Dollar Amt. doesn't apply; you met it. But the Badge for Nov. 1 takes in Metrics for the months of Aug., Sept., October.

Star Seller is assessed on a rolling 3 month period.  You say you have 100% scores for the past 2 months, but you need to maintain it for all three months in the assessment period.  For the next assessment on Dec 1, that means you need a passing grade on all criteria for Sept, Oct and Nov.

Off subject, BUT, your work is great.  You really should add an about section with a few photos of you making your items.  Buyers love to see actual artists at work!

The badges are so silly and meaningless.

Not to mention inconsistent.

If you look at this shop's listings in search, each listing shows 5 stars and a score of 5.0.   But I have no reviews badge.

My other shop? The listings show a score of 4.8.  Yet I have the reviews badge in that shop.

No wonder buyers find this site confusing.
