Denied Star Seller Badge/No Tracking

I was denied a Star Seller badge for September, and when I investigated by downloading my stats, Etsy indicates that I did not provide tracking for 2 orders, and I did not ship the same 2 orders on time.  However, I actually DID ship both items on time (the day after the order was placed), and I DID provide tracking, and the USPS tracking numbers show that both items were delivered.  However, in the Etsy "Completed Orders" page, the tracking number is definitely listed for both orders, but it says "Pre-Transit" even though both packages were most definitely dropped off at the post office by me, delivered according to USPS, and I got 5-star reviews from the customers.  Is this an Etsy issue or a USPS issue, and how can I correct it?

@AzemiasAttic: Unfortunately, Etsy had made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data.

 

If the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order did they have a processing time? If Etsy says that there was no processing time, that does change the situation. If the items remain in pre transit or get scanned long after your processing time frame has passed, Etsy considers that you did not ship the item on time.

It's not just the tracking number.  The item must be scanned in and in-transit for it to count for the US.

If you delivered the package to the post office on the last day of your processing and the item did not get scanned in within that limited time frame then Etsy's system will say the item missed.

Yes, my processing time is 1-3 days.  I always try to ship out same day or the next day, and I've never been late on sending an order out.  For some reason, the tracking numbers never update to indicate that the item was shipped or that it was delivered, so when I look at my completed orders, those two items still show as being in "Pre-Transit" even though they were delivered weeks ago.  Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.  I do know that Etsy won't manually make a change to a badge, but I would like to figure this out to make sure it does not happen again.  So if it truly IS an issue with Etsy and their tracking/shipping program, then I hope they investigate it and resolve it.

I have orders that I shipped in July that still say pre-transit and my on-time shipping and tracking score is 100%. I ship a lot of flats with Etsy labels and they don't always get scanned.
