Delivery on time - tracking bug lost my star seller badge

Hello, 

had an order with a delivery date set to 8 of march. I entered the tracking number 2 days in advance and gave the parcel to the courier. Mind you, I did the same for the other orders and I never had issues. After 2 weeks, it keeps on “pre transit” while the Etsy after ship link shows that it’s delivered. Now support won’t help me out and I lost my hard gained Star Seller badge. This is a huge hit on my shop just for a bug. Seeking advice

Sadly Etsy never changes anything to do with Star Seller.  

However, you have bigger problems than this as surely Genshin Impact is copyrighted yet most of your products are based upon it.

@Anemo3D: "... and I lost my hard gained Star Seller badge." Is this based on the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page? If the file is showing that order as shipped on time but without tracking and clicking on the link within the actual order opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).

As an aside, you need to include the licensing information for all of the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in your listing, otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. A buyer could file a not as described case against you and both get their money back and keep the item. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally.
