Delivery Profiles No Longer Set Up whilst Shops in Holiday Mode - June 2024

Our 2 shops were in Holiday Mode during the whole of June 2024 but when we switched them back to live mode on 7th July the Delivery Profiles were no longer set up correctly.

We use Holiday Mode several times a year and have never had a problem before, the shops switch straight back on to where they were.  However, this time BOTH shops have had the Delivery Profiles settings altered / deleted.

For instance, there is no mention of the origin postcode for the home country on any of the different delivery profiles we have. This means that, to the customer, it looks like we do not even ship within our home country! Secondly, there is only one random country or region setting in each of the different delivery profiles (and this is not the same across all the profiles) we have set up. We usually have 5 - 8 different active Delivery Profiles set up in each shop with up to 3 - 4 Standard Delivery sets of details in each. 

It would appear that Etsy have made some sort of global change during the period that our shops were in Holiday Mode and this has completely affected the Delivery Profiles of BOTH shops.

Has anyone else experienced this problem too?  The reply we received from the Etsy 'Support Specialist' was unhelpful and not relevant as it seemed to be suggesting that we were trying to set up new shops, where both our shops have been operational since 2012 and 2014 respectively!
