I’m experiencing a technical issue where some of my orders have already been delivered, but Etsy’s system still marks them as undelivered. This is affecting my shop’s performance and order metrics.
I reached out to Etsy Support, and one of the etsy agent had advised me to submit this issue here for further review. Here’s what happened:
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this, and I hope Etsy’s specialist team can look into it soon.

@RinkiiDesign: An order still in "pre transit" usually means that the tracking information AS ENTERED cannot be validated. What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly.
Long before Star Seller was even a twinkle in someone's eye, we got into the habit of always checking the previous day's shipments to make sure that they show at least 'in transit' so that we could fix any orders with an issue within the 72 hours we are allocated.
I currently have the exact same issue. I chatted up Etsy support, agent was very nice, said that he could see that within the Etsy system 2 orders showed both pre-transit and delivered. He promised they were actively working on it and I would receive updates via email. He also said that he could see it was impacting my Star Seller status. So, fingers crossed...
I had the same problem. I asked for a call back - and to my surprise I got a very helpful person. My customer had sent a message that she had received the product and was very pleased and nice review. I provided a screen shot of the conversation, the review and a screen shot of the delivery status, which showed how long it said "out for delivery". In no time problem solved.
Be prepared to verify that you are the real owner of the shop.
I can only say this was one time that I gave good review for a call back.
