Unless your user account is in some sort of test that I am not in, nobody sees those star seller review bars but you. Star seller review bars show the previous three months, not the previous year.
I see the star seller bars by Nana Letha's first three reviews on the blue towel ring holder listing. So I guess it is a test as I don't see it on my own listings.
