Delete a listing

How can I make changes or delete a listing if I can't. I don't have a delete button with the listing. I only have one listing. Thanks

hi Mike i'm not 100% sure i understand what you are looking for, but if you are wondering where you can delete a listing from, you do that from your shop management page. This link should work if you're on a PC. Not sure about if you're on a mobile device but it might. https://www.etsy.com/your/shops/me/tools/listings/sort:price,stats:true from this page you can click (check box) the item you want to deactivate or delete, and then select that option from the top

I'm on a PC. I uploaded the files (I'm brand new) and forgot one. Now I can't add to the files or even delete the listing and start over.

@Mikes513Shop   Here we go with another problem with the site!  You normally would be able to delete, edit, deactivate, etc. from your listing but that's gone!  As mentioned, you can do it from Shop Manager but the other was much easier, and more convenient.

There are two ways I know to delete a listing. One is to go to my Shop Manager, then Listings, then click the little down arrow at the very bottom right of the listing on that page.  When I click that drop-down, several choices show up - View, Edit, Copy, Deactivate, etc - and the bottom selection on those choices is "Delete". 

The other method is even easier - click on the listing itself. There's a "listing tool" at the top of the page, highlighted in blue on my laptop - and one of the choices there is Delete.

Are either of those choices visible to you?

ETA: JustMeToo, those choices are still available to me. Maybe another (weird) test?

What browser are you on? I'm on Chrome and don't have any of those? I took a screen shot but can't add it here.

I can't do anything on Google Chrome. I opened Microsoft Edge and everything was there. I hate MS Edge, ugh. Thank you for replying. I deactivated the listing to make changes.

I figured it out. It won't show on Google Chrome. The buttons showed up on fricken Microsoft Edge.

@Mikes513Shop  I'm on Chrome - Laptop (I don't see a triangle either)

* Go to your Shop Manager - then Listings

* You should only see your one listing here, and under it with be a grey gear icon - click on that to chose Delete

* You can also chose Deactivate - which I recommend, because you already paid the listing fee, which is good for 4 months, so you can come back in that time period to edit if you wish.

I double-checked and refreshed the page. I don't have the options on Chrome but I do on Edge. I guess I'm stuck with Edge.
