I’m receiving app notifications of sales and messages an hour later than my shop originally received them. What is the deal?? l had a custom order today, but because l didn’t receive her request until an hour later, she went to another shop.

Are you talking about the new app or the old one? If it's the new one then yes. It's horribly unreliable with notifications. I still have the old app installed and it never misses a notification. I'm lucky if I get half of them on the "new and improved" app. It's more "new and useless" in my opinion.

I wonder when this will be fixed.
The new app is incredibly slow and imprecise in updating, but I thought that it was our rural server. Apparently not though... I do hope that it is rapidly improved, because we just cannot be sat behind our computers permanantly !
