I currently operate several active stores, all with their own API keys, which were granted relatively quickly in the past. However, this time, it has been nearly three weeks, and the approval for a new API key is still pending. This delay is preventing us from uploading new content for sale on our store.
I have checked the available support resources, but all directions point me back to the "Manage App" section for submitting a new key request, which isn’t addressing this issue.
Could you please advise on any additional steps I could take to expedite the review process? Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.
@candupng: Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
Nothing on Etsy that requires review seems to be very speedy lately, but you might want to try the eMail address on https://developers.etsy.com/documentation/get-help/
Have you checked to see if the API is maybe blocked? Or the third party no longer works with Etsy?
Its not blocked its just sitting waiting for ETSY to get around to approving it. This is hurting my sales not good ETSY.
