Deactivated account/shop

This morning I noticed my shop is unsearchable, so I initiated a chat with customer service. I was told my shop is inactive and they don’t know why! I’m told this is being looked into. However, it is the biggest shopping weekend of the year, and I am losing money now. Any suggestions on what to do? Is there a customer service phone number?

Your shop needs to be reindexed, it's not inactive. You can try to do another chat and specifically ask for your shop to be reindexed. They probably have no power to do anything themselves, though. Find a callback number or an email prompt in the Help Section, and be very clear that your shop has been deindexed.
