Day 3 of forced vacation and my requests to etsy help centre have never even been acknowledged

Etsy has kept my store on vacation mode and I have tried to send them messages thru their support and no answer. Everything in financials is verified.  All my orders are sent out on time.  The yellow banner only says We put your shop on pause.  it doesn't give a time frame!  It's my only source of income and it's the second time to be shut down in a few months.  The last time was for the inform act I was closed for 2 weeks while they verified my financials.  Everything is verified!!  so why shut me down again?  

Etsy please help!!!
