I purchased an item and the date I can leave a review is August 9, 2023. Love my purchase and went to leave a review but NO it does not allow me to leave a review. It must not be August 9, 2023 on Etsy ??????? This is not good customer service.

If I was a busy customer I wouldn't bother if you can't leave it as soon as it is the date in question, sounds like poor proposition for customers if this happening?
I noticed this recently, too. I'll get something in the mail, love it, and want to immediately leave a review, but have to come back 4 or 5 days later? I assume this is to stop people from leaving angry reviews for items that are slow in shipping and haven't arrived yet, but it's really super annoying to me as a customer. I bet sellers are missing out on good reviews because of this change. It didn't used to be this way.
I've definitely missed out on reviews. I had one person message me that they absolutely loved the piece but couldn't leave a review for 3 weeks... which seemed quite excessive, especially considering my processing time for that item was only 2 business days). I've had several other customers msg me that they also couldn't yet leave a review, but the 3-week timeframe was the longest.
I messaged Etsy's support to let them know. Not sure if the feedback actually got anywhere, but figured I should at least try
It's 3:15 and still no option to leave a review. Of course I will eventually give a great review for this purchase but the point is Etsy should do better. This needs to be fixed and if this is a standard problem I can see where customers would be turned off. I know I was.
Well I was able to leave a great review by 3:30.
Hopefully some staff noticed this thread and fixed it. Maybe Etch will check to see if it is a a common issue that needs to be addressed.
The review is not working. It shows the stars, but will not advance past the stars and save.
