Sorry, but it  is something wrong with my Star programm, I have sent a pin for 5,90€, so I need a tracking number.

I made a sale without tracking, the customer buys it later in March, and a customer wants me to sent it later, so just one sale is without tracking, not 3!!!

Is it possible to improve?
