Anyone else experiencing a malfunctioning dashboard? I initiated shipping labels, but I cannot print them. Orders were assigned tracking, but the USPS system says the label isn't in their system.
What else is new? I've been here for 15 years, the site has evolved into a flat out mess, especially with the acceptance of cheap resale items. I suggest diversifying and selling at a variety of places. Unfortunately Etsy has proven to be unreliable for consistent sales year over year for most shops due to all of the constant tweaking and changes. You can be a successful shop with consistent sales and a great track record for months or years and then get hit with an algorithm change, etsy search change or something else and then bam no sales.
Yes! Etsy is giving me ONE DAY to review and verify my business information, but it's NOT letting me!! I click on the "Confirm" button and I get the "stitch has gone awry" notice, so I can't even do what they are asking me to do! If I don't do it today, they're going to force me into Vacation Mode!
@ChillwolfArt, thanks for that link. Funny how this happened just as soon as the dashboard went down. I've provided the info they requested and and my shop was back up within the hour. I'm so relieved. Thanks again for that info.
This is just par for the course. Yesterday it was an issue with the listings page. Today I can't even access my shop! Fortunately, customers can find my shop. So it appears to be on the backend only that the issue exists. When is Etsy going to get their act together??? GRRRR
