Last month my star seller badge was not renewed and the reason is in 2 shippings (I downloaded the excel file) where it is said there is no tracking or the tracking is invalid. That is not correct, as clicking on the DHL shipping number it clearly says the parcels were delivered the day after. For one of these orders I even received a review saying the shipping was super fast. I contacted the customer service and they told me the can’t do anything and that I should write a post here.
I really cannot accept to get a bad review from the platform, when i have a 5 star from the customer. Also because loosing the badge caused me a major drop in views.

Not all shipping carriers are recognised by Etsy's Star Seller system! I'm wondering how you had the Star Seller badge when you only have 2 sales?
PS. You need to add your location if you want buyers to see your items if they filter to Italy only.

Because you have no reviews in the shop you are posting from, and only have 2 sales, meaning it's not possible for you to have had star seller badge in this shop.
Was it shipped with DHL Express, DHL Global Mail or DHL Deustche Post? You also have to make sure you select the correct shipping courier when posting tracking numbers.
