Since the initial account opening, I haven't received any deposit during the bank account verification process, leading me to change banks three times. Due to this issue, Etsy began verifying accounts with wallet confirmation rather than deposit. Later, I completed the bank account verification process and initiated the first withdrawal on March 18th, but the funds didn't reflect in my bank account for two weeks. Subsequently, I changed my surname from "Aydın" to "Aydin" due to the presence of Turkish characters, hoping it might resolve the issue. Finally, on April 1st, a transfer was made, yet it also didn't appear in my bank account.
When I contacted Etsy support, they suggested speaking with the bank. They mentioned refunding the money if it doesn't appear in the bank account within 90 days. However, the bank requires documents like receipts or reference numbers. Both sides are unable to resolve the issue, and I've exhausted all resources and watched countless videos. What do you think might be causing this problem?
