Customs info not auto filling with price anymore

Up until about a week ago whenever I filled out shipping labels the 'Value per item' would automatically fill out in the customs section (just like how tariff number and the description autofill), now it's just blank.

Only way I have found how to fix this is:

-make a new label preset and save it

-close the shipping label window

-reopen shipping label window

-Fixed

Then next time I need labels I do the same thing but delete the new label preset and that too fixes it! Is this just a me issue or is this happening with others? I couldn't find any other threads on this. I'm on the EU desktop version of the site

I’m in Canada and the same thing has been happening. I’ve had to manually add every price to the label.

Glad it's not just me then, or just the EU site!

I got very tired of manually adding them all and having to keep tabbing out and double checking so I messed around and found the fix above for now!

It has never worked for me but it always works on the second go!  So click on the truck, click cancel, click on the truck again and the figures will be there!
