I had to send a file to a customer and they couldn't open the file. I sent it to them two ways and they couldn't open either way on two separate devices. I don't yet know if they were on the website or the app.
Then I asked a family member to send me a message, and I sent the file to them. They were using the Etsy app, and had the same problem, plus they texted back that they tried to reply but couldn't. They then tried the website and were able to access the file no problem. This same family member also told me that they had been trying to track an order from an Etsy shop but the tracking button was sending them in circles.
I'm reporting this here, because this is where the system sent me.
Digital listings can't be downloaded from the app. Buyer must use a browser.
Im having issues, also, with a customer not being able to access the messages.
