Customers having difficulty ordering on Etsy app

I've had quite a few customers contacting me about the Etsy app lately.  They are unable to add my items to the basket or find they can't select any of the variations available.  

I have suggested updating the app or going to the website to order. I'm not sure what else to do but worry I'm losing sales.
