Customers cant view item, listing wont open

Im having a technical issue.  When customers click on an item in my shop to view it, they arent taken to the items page, it just send them to a page that says “other items from this seller” and the page wont even finish loading.  I checked this on my other computer and the customers are correct.  Its some sort of glitch that just showed up tonight!

I just looked at your "Rabbit Toy, Bunny Toss Toy" in Chrome on Windows and it showed up fine.

Are you using the Etsy app or what browser are you using? Do you have any ad-blocking extensions installed in your browser?

Both i and the customer are using safari on a tablet.   Which always worked perfectly until this evening.

@BunnyRabbitToys I've just tried the same listing on my iPad using Safari and it displays fine.

Do you know how old your iPad is? Do you know if there are any software updates available (in Settings > Software Update)?

I'm using iPadOS 16.3.1

Shows up OK for me on a laptop using chrome...

BUT, now I want a bunny rabbit. OMG... so precious!!!
