Customers cannot log into shop

Customers are having trouble bringing up my shop when entering its address-  https://www.ammysartistry.etsy.com . I've had to give them https://www.etsy.com/shop/ammysartistry . I know I am losing sales because of this problem. My other shop seems to be fine and no one has reported issues with that one. PLEASE HELP!

I did a search on your shop name and you were the first one just below ads.

I clicked on your link,   it came with a warning sign.  Not secure.  However,  when I searched ammysartistry.etsy.com it came up no problem.

Maybe just give them the link without all the wwws?
