Customers can't purchase items and shop not updating

My shop has been having a lot of problems ever since Etsy moved the video. Since that time, I have had several people tell me that they have not been able to purchase items from me. They are able to put it in their carts, but they get an "error" when they try to buy it. I have also noticed that my store will go for long periods of time without updating. My listings that have expired, will say expired underneath them, but they will stay in the active section of my store for some time, before they are moved over to the expired section.

Do you only ship within US? I added your item to basket and it showed that I can only have it delivered to the US. 

Edit: I didn't go to checkout, so can't say about that. But adding to basket seems okay for the US.

I was also able to add to basket and checkout if it's shipped to the US

If they have had it in their basket for a while and you have updated the listing in the meantime, I think they will need to remove it and put it back in as the one in the basket is not the current version.
