A customer purchased an item today that was actually sold in February of 2024 and it was never renewed to be put back on Etsy. This is the second time this has happened. I asked to see if she purchased on the phone app and am waiting for an answer. If I look at my listings on the phone app there is inventory that has been duplicated and I don't know why. I have no idea where she would of seen this as an active item. The listings on my laptop look fine and the number equals the number on the phone app but I do have duplicate listings on the phone app. I do apologize but not for Etsy. First time thought it might be a fluke and honestly it is a pain just to contact Etsy with an issue....just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. The app is the current one as well.
