Hi everyone!
I am a new Etsy seller and am becoming very discouraged. I set up my shop with a few listings but have had potential customers reach out to me and tell me they are unable to check out. I signed into my buyer account and tried to purchase a different sign and had the same issue as this potential customer.
When on the very last step of checking out when you click the button that says 'Place your order to ________' you get a pop-up that says 'Hold tight, we're submitting your order.' What is happening to me and the potential customer is the pop up goes away and now you are right back to the check out page where it says 'Place your order to _______.'
I have looked high and low for a chat, email, phone number... anything to try and contact Etsy for help. I've even tried messaging them on Instagram. I'm not sure what else to do. If someone has an information on how to fix this problem or a way to get in contact with Etsy support I would greatly appreciate it.

First of all, you can't buy from yourself - Etsy knows your IP address.
There are several threads on this forum about the very issue you are describing. You might want to chime in on one of those. Perhaps that will make Etsy take notice.
Go all the way to the bottom of the Etsy page and see Help, keep looking towards the bottom of the pages, you will find the link for contact support
I am having a similar problem. Did you every figure out how to fix it?
Best option is to complain to Etsy support as it might be connected to the testing in the live environment or update they have implemented. They should be able to fix it
