I received a message from a customer that somehow showed up as two distinct messages from two users, when following the users profile they have the same URL. I'm not gonna link them here but they can be found in ticket no 19434756. I replied to one of them and the other never showed up as a new message, thus I had no idea of it
Check your spam message folder.
@A3DPrintingJourney: Did both of the Messages have the same message thread id? Several possibilities - most likely the user sent at least one of the new Messages as a Help Request, which always starts a new thread.
hey there, both were regular chats,no help requests. I was told by support to submit this here, feel free to look up the ticket nr and backtrace the information with those chats/user id's.
Also both messages were in the inbox, not spam folder
