Hi all, I have a customer unable to check out through my pattern site. They are able to add an item to the cart but as soon as they press the 'proceed to checkout' button they are directed to an Etsy page with a 'your basket is empty' message and no way to proceed.
I've tried myself adding an item to my basket on the pattern site and initially the checkout process seemed OK but as soon as I followed the prompt to sign into my Etsy account during the checkout process I too received the 'your basket is empty' message and was unable to proceed.
Chat were of no use whatsoever, they could see no issue their side despite me sending screenshots.
Anyone else come across this?
There's no technical help for Pattern shops. Hasn't been for years. I closed my Pattern shop about 2 years ago for this reason.
@FallenAngelBrass Yes, I know I inevitably need to close it down, I'm just lazy as it's so easy to add listings but you're right. It's convenient until something goes wrong. May I ask who you moved to?
