Customer service stats

All my customer service stats are all meeting the standards I have x2 badges for speedy replies and rave reviews however the dial since July 1st is saying room for improvement, but it states I’m meeting the standards. I think there must be an error and it’s effecting my search visibility please help, as in may it did drop and I worked to get this back on track I’ve never had an issue before

If you are meeting the standards don’t worry about it

It could mean that you're meeting the basic customer service stats, but the 'room for improvement' could mean for the Star Seller requirements.  Are you not meeting those?

Service Standard and Star Seller target are 2 different things.

You do not have the tracking badge.  Check to see why the tracking badge is not being shown.  The CSV will tell you where you are missing the processing time frame.

For SS only items under $10 (USD) may be sent without tracking.  

There are two separate things.  One is standards which appears you are meeting but Etsy wants all sellers to strive to meet SS standards.

Search visibility has many factors.  SS is only one of them.

Hi yes I don’t have the shipping badge yet  but I have the other 2 and it’s never been in the room for improvement bit when I have had this before it’s like that hasn’t undated from July

The current badges shown were awarded on 30th June

Those csv's are in the "previous" review period

The current ones shown, have not yet been awarded, they show what you are working towards, and will be calculated and shown at the end of July

are you looking at etsy search visibility, as if you fail customer service stats, they say there is room for improvement there
