Customer seeing discount which does not exist

I have received a query from a customer who is seeing 25% discount on every item in my store. No such sale exists.....He sent a screen shot of what he is seeing (live) ...has anyone else had this issue?

I see 15% on a few of your items. Perhaps Etsy has given him a coupon (they would be covering the discount) or maybe this person is adept at photoshop.

@AnniebelloPaper thanks, yes the 15% and selected 20% etc are actually real sales...... no he actually sent me a screen shot showing EVERY item in my store was discounted by 25%!!  which it is not.... I asked him to log out and log back into Etsy and the issue disappeared and he could see what was actually on sale.  One very unhappy customer though. So many bugs on Etsy it is becoming unusable.

@C20Ceramics have you ever had a whole-shop 25% off? Perhaps the buyer viewed and that view 'stuck'? Who knows. So many glitches ...

@AnniebelloPaper no, not in Australia.....from time to time for the USA I discount the whole store to offset otherwise very expensive postage, but someone in Australia should not be able to see that... .....perhaps he didn't have his account set to the correct location (although he was seeing $AUD) .......regardless I have stopped any discount to other countries until I know what has happened. I feel like the Etsy help desk myself half the time helping customers and potential customers navigate this very poorly coded website.
