Customer's address provided on App appears to be different than web version
My German Customer was unable to receive her package due to this address bug. We spent the past three days figuring out why the package was marked as bad address until we came to this conclusion.
What the customer provided (in order of):
- Address, postal code, city, country
What it appears on my app
- Address, city, postal code, country
I was lucky that the customer did try to communicate with me rather than sending a negative review right away, but this can be prevented by fixing this minor bug.
