So I’m a new seller who only started selling this summer and I’ve been getting consistent 5 star reviews with of which none are below the 5 star rating. But when I logged in today I had a customer service review of 1 star and I’m not too sure where I have gone wrong? I’ve been replying to every messages and shipping things on time. Do I have to reply to reviews too? Is there something else I’m doing wrong? How do I see how customer service is graded?

I have realized that I’ve worded the title incorrectly, I meant there’s this tab where you can see reviews and there’s three different sections: item quality, customer service, and shipping. I know item quality is on part of the buyers and the shipping is from being on time. It’s just that the customer service is scored low without having a single indication of why it is scored low. I don’t resell since all my products are designed by me and custom ordered by me. I don’t scam ips either or whatever was mentioned?
@YujiByPotato On certain devices, the buyer is asked to review those 3 metrics separately. As well as give an overall star rating.
They've chosen to put 1 star for that metric or it was a glitch.
There's literally nothing you can do about it. And the overall star rating for the review is 5 stars.

Looks like it was an error on the buyers part and they changed it already.

You don’t have to publicly reply to reviews if you choose not to. But it’s a great way to show new customer your engaged and client satisfaction is important to you.

We are discouraged from helping sellers who are breaking any of the rules. Such as reselling and IP infringement.
